Your reporting is critical to protecting our values and ensuring a healthy and ethical work environment for all. We are here to listen to you and act respectfully and confidentially on every report we receive.
PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING WRONGDOING AND IRREGULARITIES
The aforementioned report should be addressed to the Evaluation Team (composed of both members of the HR office), appointed for this purpose as a Data Processor, also for the purposes of Regulation 679/2016: this documentation will be filed confidentially.
The employee and other recipients of this procedure who need to report unlawful conduct, relevant under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 or violations (or alleged violations) of the MOG or even violations provided for in Article 2 of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, may proceed in the following manner (including anonymously):
- By traditional mail channel c/o the Company's registered office;
- reporting through the activated external platform called MIT Whistle, which can also be reached through the appropriate section on the company's website, following the path below:
TOR Browser must be used to use MIT Whistle in order to ensure maximum anonymity for users. TOR Browser can be downloaded from the following site https://www.torproject.org/download/or it will be proposed to download it within the portal.
- Access to the platform from a computer
