1. When is the use of this product advisable?

Plissè is particularly suitable for frequent passage doors where barriers on the floor are no needed. The easy removal of the product facilitates cleaning and allows the flyscreen storing in a closed area during the winter period.

2. Can I order the product with dimensions over the suggested sizes in the catalogue/price list?

The main feasibility condition for plissè is that the height exceeds at least 150mm the base size. For special measures it is possible to ask for a more accurate feasibility assessment to Zanzar. In any case the maximum height limit indicated in the catalogue and the product sheets cannot be exceeded.

3. What is  the difference between finished and light measure?

Plissè is suitable to compensate the possible uneven size of the jambs . For this reason there is no difference between finished and light measure.

4. What is the best way to measure the space?

The width should be measured in the highest point, in the mid-height point and in the lowest point. The height should be measured to the right and to the left. If the measured values are almost the same (few millimetres), you can choose the lower value for the width and the lower value of the two for the height . If the difference of the values is important, it is advisable to send a draft of the space seen from inside with the 5 measures and let Zanzar evaluate it.

5. Is it possible to order two-shutters doors with different widths?

Yes, it is necessary to communicate the right shutters splitting up.

6. Can this product be dangerous for children?

If the product is properly installed and well-functioning, no part of it can move and hurt people; Plissè doesn't have spring mechanisms.

PROBLEMS WHILE USING

1. What's the best way to clean this product?

A damp cloth or brush passed kindly over the net, avoiding insisting on folds

2. Problem: The flyscreen operation (opening and closing by moving the sliding profile) is forced or not smooth.

A possible cause ca be the dust and the dirt inside the moveable guides, in the vertical profiles or inside the case.
Remove the dirt and every extraneous bodies in the profiles.

3. Problem: One or more wires seem to be loosened and don't sustain the net.

The wires can be stretched, but it is a possible operation only if you have the use and maintenance book provided with the product.

USING TIPS

1. Using Tip: pack the network before closing the door.

If you want closing the door, it is good to pack the net to prevent it from being exposed to the sun on one side and to the rays reflection coming from the glass frame from the other one. In this condition the temperature and the amount of UV rays affecting the net are greater and cause an early ageing of the net
