Informativa relativa al trattamento dei dati personali

 

Premessa

 

The EU regulation 2016/679 on the "protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data" (hereinafter "Reg. UE 2016/679" or "GDPR") contains a set of rules to ensure that the treatment personal data is carried out in respect of the fundamental rights and freedoms of people.

According to the Artt. 13 and 14 of GDPR Zanzar S.p.A. (hereinafter "Zanzar"), with registered office in Grottaglie, C.so Europa ZI is the owner of the processing of personal data and is obliged to provide information regarding the processing of the personal data of its customers and potential customers (the ' concerned '), where they are natural persons.

The legal basis of the treatment shall consist of:

Personal data will be retained as long as it is necessary for the achievement of the finalities for which they have been collected. In Some cases the execution of the related and/or instrumental activities to the services provided by Zanzar involves the communication of personal data of the interested parties to companies or external entities, such as:

A. Parent companies, subsidiaries and Investees, also located abroad within the EU countries;
B. Public administrations, for the performance of institutional functions, within the limits laid down by law and regulations;
C. Companies charged with debt collection;
D. Insurance company, in order to pay the premium for the credit insurance policy;
E. Accountant, for the keeping of the accounts;
F. The profession of lawyer, for legal assistance in case of disputes regarding the execution of the contract;
G. Agents and distributors;
H. Auditing firm, certification of budgets, mayors;
I. Consulting firms/entities operating for the company in the various sectors;
J. External transporters, in order to deliver the goods or correspondence;
K. External IT service providers that provide the server infrastructure, it maintenance tasks, or IT solutions (such as cloud services) and software solutions on behalf of Zanzar;
L. External service providers for finality of invoice storage.

The subjects belonging to the categories to which the data can be communicated will carry out the processing of the same data and use them, as appropriate, as persons responsible for the treatment expressly appointed by the proprietor under Of the law, or rather acting as autonomous proprietors.

The processing of the data collected is also carried out by staff of Zanzar for this purpose identified and authorized to the treatment according to specific instructions given in compliance with the regulations.

The data will not be subject to transfer outside the European Union. – The person concerned has the right to withdraw the consent at any time with future effect. Such withdrawal shall not prejudice the lawfulness of consent-based treatment prior to revocation.

– The right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
